Migrated from docs/backlog.md (Open / Test-audit residue).

Verified gap from the 2026-08-23 suite audit:

transport: the facade-level peer-identity mismatch path is untestable without widening the unix backend's private bind_with_uid for a test (the backend test covers it; the facade pins the same-uid admit).

Decide whether to widen bind_with_uid (or add a test-only hook) to cover the facade, or record this as a deliberate gap and close with rationale.
