Adds the two #160 changes that reach users to Unreleased:

every crate is published on crates.io (libraries on their own versions from 0.1.0, the three binaries on the app version), and felis itself installs from the packages;
Grid::set_reply_identity (#194): an embedder without an identity gets no XTVERSION reply and a zero DA3 unit ID.

The remaining #160 work is the one-time release setup.
