Why

The frame loop resizes the renderer and pads each frame into a canvas sized to the largest grid, but both golden fixtures kept their header size.

What

tests/fixtures/resize.fcast: hello plus size frames at 2.5 s (60×10, past the header) and 3.0 s (40×6).
Golden frames 10 (header size, letterboxed in the 60×10 canvas) and 30 (shrunk, rows truncated at 40 columns).
Backlog drops the end-to-end resize item.

Verification

Rendered and inspected the frames; cargo test --all-features and clippy green.

The frame loop resizes the renderer and pads each frame into a canvas
sized to the largest grid, and nothing exercised that path: both
fixtures keep their header size. The resize fixture is hello with two
size frames appended, growing past the header and then shrinking below
it, and its golden frames pin the letterboxed and truncated output.
