Drops the entries accrued under Unreleased since rc.6 and dates the 0.1.0 section 2026-09-26.

The entries compare pre-release builds, which no user of the first release has installed. v0.1.0 is cut from main (via rc.7) rather than rc.6, because main has since changed felis.proto (#455, #473) and the release baseline must be the schema that ships.

The entries under Unreleased describe changes between pre-release
builds; for the first release they compare against nothing a user has
installed, so they would only mislead. v0.1.0 is cut from this revision
rather than from rc.6, because main has since changed the wire schema
and the release baseline must be the schema that ships. The section's
date moves to the day the release is cut.
