New how-to docs/how-to/label-sessions-with-tags.md. It opens with when a tag helps (several agents at once, one project's sessions, a job's state), then: tag at spawn, add/remove (one call, applied whole), list by tag, pick with fzf and attach, end every session with a tag.

  • reap-sessions.md loses its tag section (whose recipe attached rather than reaped) and links to the new page for reaping by tag.
  • tmux-workflows-without-tmux.md "Session names", docs/README.md and the drive-without-a-window tutorial point at the new page.
  • Every flag and limit is from reference/cli.md and crates/felis-cli/src/cli_sessions.rs (--tag and --remove are repeatable; 32 tags of 128 bytes; an over-cap call is refused whole). No broadcast/send fan-out example, since the shipped skill states tags are picker labels, not groups.

Tagging lived as a section of the reap-sessions guide, although its
recipe tagged sessions and attached to one through fzf; nothing in it
reaped. A reader looking for session names (the tmux-workflows table
sends them there) had to find labeling inside a page about deleting.
The new guide opens with the situations a tag is for (parallel agents,
one project's sessions, a job's state) and then walks spawn --tag,
adding and removing, listing, picking, and ending a tagged group.
