The Forgejo repository moves from natsukium/felis to felis-terminal/felis, matching the GitHub mirror. release-mirror.yml polls the Forgejo release API by path, so it has to follow before v0.1.0 is tagged. The README issue link and the release tools test fixtures follow for consistency. GitHub references already point at felis-terminal/felis.
