Records the felis config's base theme as an optional meta.theme hint and reports the same colors to the daemon so the recorded program's OSC 10/11/12 queries agree with it. Docs: format reference/explanation, pseudo-daemon twins, CLI reference, shipped skill.

Closes #3.

A recording held only the colors a program set, never the base theme
it set them over, because that theme is client configuration and the
ConfigureTheme that reports it is client->daemon traffic. A shared
recording therefore replayed under the viewer's theme, and output a
program had tuned to the recorder's background (via OSC 11 ; ?) could
lose its contrast.

record now reads the base theme from the felis config under the GUI's
client overlay (--config overrides discovery) and writes it to
meta.theme. It also sends the same colors as ConfigureTheme after
attach; without that the daemon answered the recorded program's color
queries with xterm white, contradicting the hint.

The hint is meta rather than a header field so players stay free to
paint a theme their host or user chose, and it is additive under v1.
serve leaves it unsent: a native client paints its own config, and the
only daemon->client colors are overrides that would make the hint
authoritative.

Closes #3.
