docs: narrow the cross-repo backlog entries ... 64265fbe8e

felis-web-component already reads the felis-cast v1 envelope and now the
meta.theme hint, so its entry described work that is done. What is left
there is painting between units only and the hint's palette. felis-reel
gains the hint as a default for when no --theme is given, which is what
makes a shared recording render the recorder's colors there.
