Drops the player/ placeholder and its Node tooling, and adds a flake package so felis cast can be installed (verified: felis cast dispatches to the built binary). CI now builds the package.

player/ held only a README recording that browser replay lives in
felis-web-component, a decision docs/explanation/pseudo-daemon.md
already owns. Keeping the directory kept Node and tsgo in the dev
shell, ignore rules for build output that will never exist, and a
commit scope for code that is not here, all of which a first release
would ship as if they meant something.

felis 0.2.0 runs `felis cast …` by looking for a `felis-cast` binary
beside its own or on PATH, and nothing in this repo produced one short
of a cargo build from a checkout. A release needs an install path, and
the flake is already the toolchain's source of truth, so the package
builds with the same nightly toolchain and runs the test suite.

The felis git dependencies need fetch hashes that move with the felis
tag, so CI now builds the package to catch a bump that forgot them. The
README gains an install recipe and the shipped skill now invokes
`felis cast`, the form a user who installed the package has.
